OKLAHOMA
Prior to his role as a state director, Todd served as the director of assessment and instruction for special education services at the SEA and as a high school special education teacher. Todd also currently teaches special education leadership at Southern Nazarene University. Todd believes the best part about leading special education in Oklahoma is the collaboration between the SEA, districts, teachers, parents, and other organizations. Everyone in Oklahoma is working hard to ensure positive outcomes for students with disabilities, true to our state motto - Labor Omnia Vincit.
