Elaina Parrish, Ed.D. began her job as Special Education Branch - Program Manager at the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) in 2021. Prior to becoming the Special Education Branch - Program Manager at the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA), Dr. Elaina Parrish served as the Supervisor of Assessment, Accountability, and Program Evaluation with Stafford County Public Schools in Stafford, Virginia.

Dr. Elaina Parrish believes the best part about leading special education at the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is the impact on military-connected students and their families.
